Write to hello@paddock.xouston.com. It reaches a person. Say which device and which version of Paddock you are on — Settings scrolls to the bottom and it is there.

My reminders are not arriving

Paddock asks for notification permission the first time you record something that earns a reminder. If you said no, turn it on in iOS Settings → Paddock → Notifications. Reminders arrive in the morning on the day they fall due; the hour is yours to set in Paddock's own Settings.

My records are not on my other device

Sync uses your own iCloud. Both devices need to be signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive on, and Paddock's Settings screen will say "Syncing with iCloud" when it is working. Everything keeps working offline either way.

The widget is empty

Widgets read the same records as the app. Open Paddock once after installing so there is something to read, and give the widget a few minutes to refresh.

Why can I not record milk for my hens?

Paddock only offers what a species actually gives. Hens get eggs and meat, goats get milk and meat, sheep get meat. Withdrawal periods follow the same rule.

I want my data out

Settings → Export. Three plain CSV files — animals, events and production — that open in any spreadsheet and can go straight to a vet.

Deleting everything

Delete the app and what is on the device goes with it. Anything synced lives in your own iCloud and is removed in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
